The whole of Boulestin is open all day Monday to Friday, from 7am until 10.30pm. Saturday’s we are open 10am – 10.30pm.
The menu includes some really adventurous and imaginative dishes. Our Head Chef Elliot Spurdle has created a variety of delicious and healthy recipes, alongside some of the more classic specialties that we know you love.
Among the lighter options we have Tuna Tartare with Avocado Mousse, Compressed Watermelon and Black Sesame Tuile, and there also Quinoa Salad with , Root Vegetables, Apple, Caramelised Honey & Thyme Dressing. We’ve also Grilled Octopus, with Rhubarb, Clementine Gel, Baby Beetroot and Watercress.
For mains you’ll find a truly superb Assiette de Poussin with Butternut Squash Purée, Baby Leeks, Charred Carrots, and now our ‘Lamb du Jour’, which changes depending on which part of the lamb we have prepared! We buy our lambs in whole, so each dish is carefully and passionately created by Elliot.
